Marc Navarrete, born in Waukegan, Illinois, was raised by dedicated migrant parents who modeled resilience and a strong work ethic. After serving five years in the United States Marine Corps, Marc pursued a career grounded in service and psychology. His journey led him to work as an ABA therapist at Easterseals Southern California, where he developed skills in behavioral therapy for individuals with autism, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Marc later interned with Project Rebound at California State University San Marcos, supporting formerly incarcerated students and raising awareness about the challenges of reentry. His community engagement continued through his role as a Youth Leader at The Rock Church PL, where he mentored students, promoting personal growth, spirituality, and a commitment to helping others.

Currently, Marc serves as a Youth Case Manager at the San Diego Center for Children, where he supports system-involved youth, including foster youth, CWS youth, and youth on probation.
